Core & Pelvic Floor Training

Updated: Nov 16, 2022

I’m your go-to-girl for core & glute training!

My main focus is improving functionality & strength in your core + pelvic floor.

Core training is essential for ALL ages & fitness levels from beginner to the advanced athlete!

I’ve personally been able to get back to running daily with the proper core & pelvic floor exercises!!!

* No pelvic floor pressure or pain

* Strong core * No leakage

I apply concepts from multiple courses & certifications I have taken over the years to enhance my technique. Combining corrective exercise & total body coordination to improve your movement.

Corrective Exercise helps ENHANCE your:

▪️posture

▪️balance

▪️overall quality of movements

▪️mobility

▪️strength

▪️alignment

▪️core functionality

▪️pelvic floor awareness

My method of training also DECREASES:

▪️risk of injury

▪️muscle imbalances

▪️common aches and pains

▪️pelvic floor dysfunction

▪️Diastasis Recti

Not only am I highly qualified, but I have learned a great deal from my own personal adventure with my core & body. It has been a rollercoaster ride through the pregnancies, postpartum recoveries, multiple knee surgeries, back injuries & double hernia surgery.

I am here to make exercising fun, effective and rewarding!

My top 5 favorite certification courses:

▫️NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT)

▫️NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES)

▫️Core Exercise Solutions Pre/Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES 2.0)

▫️PROnatal Pre/Postnatal Performance Training Specialist

▫️NASM Certified Performance Enhancement Specialist

Being a mom of 4 active boys! I know how essential it is to have that strong base and core for all the running around I do all day!

Want a stronger core, lifted glutes & well-functioning pelvic floor?!?!
