Cancellation Policy

Liability Disclaimer By participating in AJ Core Performance workouts, classes, and training programs, you acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks. You voluntarily participate at your own risk and assume full responsibility for any injury, illness, or damages that may result from participation. You affirm that you are physically able to participate in exercise activities and understand that AJ Core Performance does not provide medical advice. If you have any medical concerns, consult your physician before beginning any program. AJ Core Performance and its representatives shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation in any program or service. For participants under 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent and assumes responsibility for the minor's participation. Cancellation, No-Show & Refund Policy Memberships may be canceled at any time. To avoid future charges, cancellations must be made before the next billing date. All payments are non-refundable. No refunds, credits, or prorated amounts will be provided for unused portions of a membership, missed workouts, or early cancellation. For scheduled coaching sessions, clients who miss a session without notice will be charged the full session fee. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled session time are also subject to the full session fee. If an emergency arises, exceptions may be considered at the sole discretion of AJ Core Performance. By enrolling in an AJ Core Performance program, membership, or coaching service, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
