• Train baseball/softball specific movement patterns to optimize performance on the field and reduce risk of injury. • Increase power & strength in all planes of motion to enhance explosive force production and stamina on the field. • Exercises to improve speed, acceleration, deceleration, and reaction time to improve base running, infield play & outfield play. • Improve foundational core strength and function with corrective exercises to prevent those common injuries of the hamstrings, ankles, knees, and shoulders. • Improve lateral movement patterns and footwork drills to move more efficiently and improve athleticism. • Reactive drills to improve physical and mental reaction time on the field. Ages 9-12 $25 per session
If you miss your scheduled time. You will be charged for the price of that session. My cancellation policy helps me to maintain strong relationships with all my clients. It will guarantee that you have a high-quality session every time we meet. If you are going to be late for any session, please contact me as soon as possible. The session will not be able to go past the allotted time that was given to you if you are late. Be ready at start time! I understand that things come up.
