•Training sessions for athletes to improve athletic performance and reach peak potential • develop an athletic profile for each person or team to develop the most efficient and effective program •train athletes in their sport-specific metabolic energy system - basically emulating the energy requirements of the sport they play •design and implement strength, conditioning, speed, agility, power & endurance programs for any sport, activity or hobby •nutritional coaching •injury prevention & injury rehabilitation •modulate training stressors to prevent plateaus or overtraining •correct any muscle imbalances
If you miss your scheduled time. You will be charged for the price of that session. My cancellation policy helps me to maintain strong relationships with all my clients. It will guarantee that you have a high-quality session every time we meet. If you are going to be late for any session, please contact me as soon as possible. The session will not be able to go past the allotted time that was given to you if you are late. Be ready at start time! I understand that things come up. If you need to cancel, please notify me ASAP!
