I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with your positive mindset. My aim is to help you identify your goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs and guide you through every exercise.

 

With over 16+ years of experience, my holistic approach to fitness and health will have you feeling great and seeing results in no time.  I specialize in identifying movement compensations & muscle imbalances to improve that healthy core strength, functionality, mobility, injury prevention & improved peak performance.

My husband and I live a very active life with 4 boys. We have a 10-year-old7-year-old identical twins and a 2-year-old

We play sports year-round, enjoy sunshine and fresh air, going on adventures & hiking.

 

 It's important to teach the fundamental skills and create an enjoyable environment to help prevent the risk of injury, enhance performance and learn the foundations of athletic movement.

​

My main niche of training is strength and conditioning athletes to prevent risk of injury, enhance performance and rehabilitate from any new and recurring injuries.

​

I think it's important to have personal experience to relate to my clients and athletes, as well as, hold appropriate certifications and qualifications. 

​

I am also the proud Wellness Coordinator at Pottsgrove School District and a Middle School Field Hockey Coach.  

 

My personal experience:

  • rehabilitated from multiple knee surgeries

  • wrist reconstruction surgery

  • re-current back injuries

  •  foot injuries

  •  hip dysfunction

For all my mom clients, I have personally experienced:

  • emergency C-Section

  • high risk twin pregnancy,
