Designed for youth athletes of all ages, with a special focus on helping girls develop strength, confidence, and resilience on and off the field.
Training should build kids up, not leave them second-guessing their bodies or losing confidence.
I work with youth athletes to develop strong movement foundations, athletic skills, and self-belief in a fun, positive, and supportive environment. My approach is informed by a deep understanding of female development, helping girls move well now while protecting their long-term health and love for sport, and providing the same strong foundation principles for all youth.
With a background as a USA Field Hockey Coach and years of experience in performance training, I guide athletes to move, jump, and play with control and confidence, building strength, resilience, and lasting athletic ability.
Training is challenging and fun. Hard work, high-fives, confidence, and smiles included.
Girls’ bodies move, grow, and adapt differently than boys.
I’ve worked with many young female athletes navigating:
Rapid growth spurts
Knee and hip discomfort
Changes in coordination and balance
Drops in confidence during development
Through both professional and personal experience, I understand how the female body changes — and how critical it is to train with those changes, not against them.
My goal is to help girls build injury resilience, especially around the knees, hips, and core, so they can stay healthy, confident, and active for the long run.
These principles also benefit all youth athletes by building a strong, resilient foundation for sport and movement.
Core strength and total-body control
Pelvic and hip stability to support growing joints
Balance, posture, and coordination
Running, jumping, and safe landing mechanics
Speed, agility, and quick direction changes
Strength that supports — not overloads — developing bodies
Trusting their bodies
Learning that mistakes are part of growth
Speaking up, trying new things, and believing in themselves
Becoming supportive, confident teammates
Parents notice real, lasting changes in their children:
Stronger, more confident bodies — kids move with control, balance, and power.
Improved athletic performance — speed, agility, and strength that transfer to every sport.
Reduced pain and injury risk — training designed to protect growing joints and support long-term health.
Excitement for training — kids look forward to sessions instead of dreading them.
Confidence that carries off the field — learning resilience, focus, and teamwork.
Healthy habits for life — developing a positive relationship with movement, strength, and exercise.
It's a foundation for lifelong confidence, resilience, and athletic longevity. Your athlete will leave each session stronger, smarter, and ready for anything.
