AJ Core Performance began in 2008 as a personal training business, helping clients move stronger and feel better. Over the years, I specialized in core and pelvic floor restoration for moms, because the core is your body’s foundation—encompassing not just your abs, but your glutes, hips, and pelvic floor. A strong foundation shapes how your whole body moves, performs, and resists injury.
In 2019, I transitioned to training athletes, bringing the principles of core function, stability, and movement efficiencyto runners, youth athletes, and active adults. My method helped athletes perform at their best while reducing frustration, setbacks, and injuries.
In 2025, I shifted gears again to focus on the complete athlete. I realized that for many athletes, the missing piece isn’t just strength or movement — it’s performance nutrition and mental energy. Without these, training alone can fall short. My coaching now integrates strength, nutrition, recovery, and mindset, giving athletes the tools they need to be consistent, energized, and fully prepared to reach their goals.
As a coach, I’ve been a youth athlete myself and faced physical and mental setbacks. Now, as a parent of four active boys involved in multiple sports, I understand the challenges of balancing training, fueling, recovery, and mental focus — for both athletes and families. This perspective shapes how I build personalized programs that address every part of performance.
