About Amanda Jackson

From Athlete to Coach to Core Code Creator

I grew up an athlete—driven and all-in—until injuries forced a pivot. That challenge sparked my mission: to master movement, build mental strength, and help others feel powerful in their own bodies.

​

I started my career in 2008 and have spent the past 17+ years helping clients train smarter, move better, and build lasting strength from the inside out.

​

Motherhood took that mission even deeper. I became specialized in pre/postnatal training and core rehab to help women reclaim strength, confidence, and athleticism at every stage.
