I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with your positive mindset. My aim is to help you identify your goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs and guide you through every exercise. As a Core Performance Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Strength Coach & Conditioning Coach and Pelvis Pro with over 16+ years of experience, my holistic approach to fitness and health will have you feeling great and seeing results in no time. I specialize in identifying movement compensations & muscle imbalances to improve that healthy core strength, functionality, mobility, injury prevention & improved performance.
I'm a busy mom with 4 active boys and an amazing husband!! We have a 9-year-old, 7-year-old identical twins and a 1-year-old.
We love sports (especially baseball!), being outdoors, going on adventures & hiking.
Being a mom of 4 boys I am passionate about youth athletic training, specific sports performance and rehabilitation. It's important to teach the fundamental skills and create an enjoyable environment to help prevent the risk of injury, enhance performance and learn the foundations of athletic movement.
I think it's important to have personal experience to relate to my clients and athletes, as well as, hold appropriate certifications and qualifications.
I have played sports my whole life and was involved in various forms of dance. I have had multiple knee surgeries, wrist surgery, re-current back injuries, foot injuries, as well as, hip dysfunction.
I also have personal experience with vaginal delivery, emergency C-Section, VBAC, high risk twin pregnancy, double hernia surgery, Diastasis Recti & Pelvic Floor Dysfunction.
