The Coach Behind
AJ Core Performance

With over 17 years of coaching and performance training experience, I take a whole-athlete approach to development — helping athletes build confidence, resilience, focus, and composure on and off the field.

As a former athlete myself, I understand the pressure, self-doubt, emotions, and mental challenges that come with competition. That lived experience, combined with years of coaching athletes of all ages, allows me to connect with athletes beyond the physical side of performance.

I am a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS-NSCA), a Behavior Change Specialist, Mental Performance Coach, and a youth athlete coach. I’m also a mom of four boys in the North Tampa area, which gives me a real-world understanding of the demands athletes and families face today.

My passion is working with the next generation of female athletes to build strong minds, strong identities, and lasting confidence. I help them develop a positive self-image while learning how to manage pressure, regulate emotions, stay focused, reset quickly after mistakes, and build a growth mindset they can carry into sport and life.

I believe performance is more than physical ability — it’s mindset, habits, emotional control, discipline, and how an athlete responds when things don’t go as planned.

My goal is simple: help athletes perform with confidence in competition and carry those same skills into everyday life.
