4-Week Mental Performance Program

Reset fast. Control emotions. Perform with clarity under pressure.

This 4-week 1-on-1 virtual mental performance coaching program is designed for youth and teen athletes who want to build confidence, improve focus, strengthen resilience, and learn how to perform under pressure in competition and everyday life.

Just like physical training, mental performance takes structure, repetition, and consistent practice. This program helps athletes develop the tools and habits needed to stay composed, focused, and confident when challenges show up — in sports, school, and high-pressure moments.

Each athlete receives individualized coaching based on their personality, sport, mindset, and goals. Every session builds off the previous week to create lasting habits and real mental performance growth.

Throughout the program, athletes will learn how to:
• Build confidence and self-awareness
• Improve focus and concentration
• Develop emotional control during games and competition
• Respond better to mistakes and pressure
• Create stronger routines and habits
• Strengthen discipline, accountability, and resilience
• Use visualization and reset strategies to stay composed
• Develop a stronger mindset both on and off the field

Program Includes:
• Weekly 1-on-1 virtual coaching sessions
• Personalized mental performance strategies
• Athlete workbook and reflection exercises
• Weekly mindset assignments and tools
• Parent communication and support throughout the program
• Practical techniques athletes can immediately apply in games and practices

I work closely with both athletes and parents to help create consistency, confidence, and healthy performance habits that carry over into sports, school, relationships, and everyday life.

This program is for athletes who want to grow mentally, compete with confidence, and learn how to handle pressure with composure.

Group and team mental performance sessions are also available.

The Coach Behind
AJ Core Performance

With over 17 years of coaching and performance training experience, I take a whole-athlete approach to development — helping athletes build confidence, resilience, focus, and composure both on and off the field.

As a former athlete myself, I understand the pressure, self-doubt, emotions, and mental battles that come with competition. That personal experience, combined with years of coaching athletes of all ages, allows me to connect with athletes beyond just the physical side of performance.

As a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA and a mom of four boys in the North Tampa area, I understand the mental and physical demands today’s athletes face. My passion is helping the next generation learn how to stay locked in, reset quickly, manage pressure, and perform with confidence in competition and everyday life.

I believe performance is more than physical ability — it’s mindset, habits, emotional control, discipline, and learning how to respond when things don’t go as planned.

My goal is to help athletes become stronger mentally, more confident in themselves, and better prepared for both sports and life.
