To achieve your goals, it's important to have a positive mindset and focus on what you can control. With 17+ years of experience, I offer a holistic approach to health & fitness that identifies movement compensations and muscle imbalances to improve functionality, mobility, and prevent injury.

 

As an active family of 6 from Tampa Bay, we enjoy sports, outdoor adventures, and beach trips. I provide top-notch training by combining my knowledge, personal experience, and continuing education, and always strive to expand my expertise

I specialize in core and pelvic floor health. I tackle the challenges associated with childbirth, including pelvic floor dysfunction, diastasis recti, and leaking. My goal is to empower women of all ages to reclaim their strength and confidence, allowing them to return to high-impact exercise with ease.

Bridging  the gap between rehabilitation and training. Having that strong understanding of common postpartum dysfunctions and utilizing  the most effective corrective exercises and progressions, I am able to  enhance recovery for women of all ages. Together, we will restore your strength and confidence!
