Build the habit of running into your life with a 9-week challenge. This gentle intro will help you do it the right way, ultimately reaching a level of consistency you’ll be able to maintain long after the 9 weeks are up. Before you start, If you're new to running, it's okay to take walk breaks. The point is to get out there and make it a habit! Not only will you get a 9-week running schedule but I will also give advice and tips to stay strong! On your running “rest days” you will be foam rolling and incorporating some core/glute work! When we have a well-functioning core and strong glutes it will decrease our risk of injury and help improve our performance!! You are welcome to do the strength & mobility portion of the program on your own or join my On-Demand Core Program for optimal strength and endurance!
